Adam led the Graphic Design and Creative Innovation & Production teams in launching the National News Network, including establishing scalable workflows, template systems, and cross‑functional alignment, which supported a 24/7 newsroom. Shaped brand identity and design for eight original shows during the network’s expansion to 24/7 programming. Trained producers, writers, editors, and anchors nationwide. Contributed to a 37% increase in viewership
WGN-TV (2014-2020)
Adam modernized and innovated WGN’s Creative operations, systems design, and high‑volume visual storytelling for Chicago’s #1 morning news team. Automated 900+ lower thirds per quarter using AE + Excel. Redesigned WGN Sports branding. Built templates, documentation, and training for the design team. IBA Silver Dome Award for Best TV Use of Graphic Design
Man of the People (2017-2019)
